This notice explains how KuraCheck handles personal data submitted through this website.
What we collect
When you request a demo, we collect your name, mobile number, optional email address, your role, the position you are contesting or supporting, your county, and any message you choose to send.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to contact you about a KuraCheck demo and pilot onboarding. The lawful basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, share it with other campaigns or political parties, or use it for political messaging. We do not collect sensitive personal data such as ethnicity, religion or health information.
Retention
Demo request data is kept for no longer than 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case our customer agreement applies.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to be informed about, access, correct, object to, and request deletion of your personal data. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).
